Dry, Flat, Smoke in air, resulting from forest fires, paints a powder blue wash over mountain caps. The smoke spreads quickly and lingers. Rainfall would push it away, but the sky is always clear and blue. It feels like the twilight zone. Craving rainy days, unpredictability and mystery. There is a comfort to grey sky. The abundance of sunlight sticks to my skin as a slight breeze cuts the heat. Below are photos I took at Riverside State Park's, "Bowl & Pitcher." |
